Our site and programs are hosted and managed through Kajabi, an online business platform that powers course delivery, email marketing, payments, and customer access.

When you use this site, Kajabi may collect certain personal data on our behalf, including:

  • Purchase and billing information (such as credit/debit card details).

  • Tracking information via cookies and pixels to optimize your experience and deliver content.

5. Program + Payment Terms

All prices are listed in CAD and may change at any time.

Due to the digital and/or time-sensitive nature of our programs, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of whether you participate in or complete the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including course materials, coaching tools, videos, PDFs, templates, and written content, is the intellectual property of Cultivate Wellness and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or modify any part of our content without written permission.

7. Confidentiality + Community Expectations

We respect confidentiality in group coaching containers and ask participants to do the same.

While we encourage vulnerability and community, we cannot guarantee that other participants will uphold confidentiality. Please use your own discernment when sharing sensitive information.

We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Technology + Access

We do our best to provide uninterrupted access to programs, live calls, and digital materials, but we cannot guarantee platform uptime or resolve third-party issues (e.g., Kajabi outages, Zoom instability, etc.).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access your program(s), including internet, Zoom, email access, and a device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from your participation in our programs or use of our content.

By using this website, you agree to release us from any claims or liabilities associated with your experience.
